The Ojar house
Ojar was founded by Sheikha Hind Bahwan, an Omani businesswoman, as a tribute to the culture and heritage of her country. Shaped by traditional perfume rituals and by her travels, the house sets out to bring East and West together, heritage and modernity. The whole collection is built around six key ingredients. Three come straight from Oman: Jebel Akhdar rose, Rustaq honey and Dhofar frankincense. The other three, oud, sandalwood and musk, complete the palette. To compose its fragrances, Ojar draws on the expertise of Givaudan and on renowned perfumers such as Jordi Fernández, Dalia Izem, Nanako Ogi, Michel Girard and Gaël Montero. Every creation is unisex, designed to be worn alone or layered with the others.
