Order processing
All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours, except during peak periods. Orders received after 5pm are processed on the next working day.
Returns policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact customer service at contact@sayhar.fr quoting your order number.
After this period, items can be neither refunded nor exchanged. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and still sealed, with all accessories (gift wrapping, pouch) and any free samples.
Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel. Once the return has been approved, the refund is made to the payment method used for the purchase, with a bank processing time of 5 to 7 working days.
Damaged product or incorrect order
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt at contact@sayhar.fr, with photos of the parcel and the product. We will look into it and offer you the most suitable solution.
