Passion Riviera plays on a constant contrast between sunny radiance and sensual depth, like a Mediterranean chiaroscuro full of emotion.

From the opening, the fragrance lights up with a very bright fruity and floral facet. Pear and orange blossom bring a juicy, sunny, almost dazzling sweetness, like the last warm rays of sun on the sea. The effect is immediate: lively and seductive, with a real feeling of soft air full of light.

The fragrance then becomes more sensual and embracing. Jasmine and rose settle in with an elegant, lightly vanilla softness that gives the perfume a rounder, almost romantic texture. You feel the gradual shift, like an evening beginning, when everything turns softer and more intimate.

Over time, Passion Riviera anchors itself in a deeper, warmer base. Oud, tonka bean and musks bring a darker, addictive dimension, contrasting with the fresh opening. It becomes more sensual, cocooning and memorable, like night slowly falling on the skin.

Place de la Rêverie is a French fine fragrance house founded in 2023 by a young Parisian creator whose love of scent began in childhood, lulled by the curls of incense his mother burned and the scent of tea. This dual sensory heritage was refined by Western culture, then amplified on a trip to the Middle East, where he discovered the ancestral and spiritual side of perfume, scented oils and oud wood. Each extrait is formulated at around 30%, designed like a piece of jewellery. The bottles, made by a French glassworks, are understated, heavy and hand-polished. Distribution is deliberately limited. The founder quotes the codes of luxury: 'Luxury is the dream, desirability.' The first collection, Voyage onirique, lays the foundations with Santal de Paris, composed by Nathalie Feisthauer, which embodies Parisian elegance, and Passion Riviera, which captures day melting into night on the Mediterranean. A bold, iconic house that knows exactly what it wants.
