The fragrance

Kaya is a modern, luminous and seductive signature. The idea is a fragrance full of life, one that draws attention from the start but stays elegant over time.

From the opening, you sense a very pleasant fruity freshness, juicy and slightly sweet, that brings energy. The whole is luminous, almost sparkling, with a clean impression. Then the fragrance moves towards something softer and rounder, with a slightly creamy texture that brings comfort and fluidity.

Over time, Kaya becomes softer and more subtle. The notes take on a warmer, slightly musky dimension, with a softness that settles on the skin. The base stays elegant, clean and lightly gourmand, with a modern, easy-to-wear signature that leaves a soft, addictive impression.

The brand

Parfums D'elmar is a Swiss house founded by Elmar Métry, whose family coat of arms adorns the logo on every bottle. His original ambition was to create a house where luxury would not be a marketing promise but a material reality: the rarest ingredients, the highest concentration and the most carefully crafted object possible. The house's technical distinction lies in its 35% concentration of perfume essences, which it calls Quintessence de Parfum. Where a classic extrait de parfum ranges between 20 and 30%, Parfums D'elmar takes this logic to its limit to guarantee a presence on the skin that settles deeply and evolves over time. To compose these creations, the house teamed up with Mark Buxton, born in England, trained in Hamburg and based in Paris, a city he fell in love with more than twenty years ago. Author of the very first Comme des Garçons perfume in 1994, and having created for Givenchy, Cartier, Paco Rabanne and Le Labo, Buxton is known for his motto: 'Simplicity is the ultimate degree of luxury.' His style, made of short, concentrated formulas where every note has a reason to be there, resonates directly with Elmar Métry's high standards. The bottles themselves are cut from hand-polished crystal and topped with gold-plated caps adorned with more than 360 crystals.
