The fragrance

Dalika suggests something luminous, almost joyful, while keeping a deeper, addictive base.

From the opening, you sense a soft, slightly liqueur-like facet, with an immediate warmth that draws you in and intrigues. There is something round, almost syrupy, that feels immersive from the very first seconds. Then the fragrance turns creamier and more gourmand, with a thick, velvety texture that heightens the sense of comfort and addiction.

Over time, Dalika darkens slightly and gains depth. The notes grow warmer, almost chocolatey and resinous, with a cocooning feel that stays on the skin for a long time. The base is rich, sensual and long-lasting, with a signature that moves between indulgence and sophistication, leaving a strong, addictive trace.

The brand

Parfums D'elmar is a Swiss house founded by Elmar Métry, whose family coat of arms adorns the logo on every bottle. His original ambition was to create a house where luxury would not be a marketing promise but a material reality: the rarest ingredients, the highest concentration and the most carefully crafted object possible. The house's technical distinction lies in its 35% concentration of perfume essences, which it calls Quintessence de Parfum. Where a classic extrait de parfum ranges between 20 and 30%, Parfums D'elmar takes this logic to its limit to guarantee a presence on the skin that settles deeply and evolves over time. To compose these creations, the house teamed up with Mark Buxton, born in England, trained in Hamburg and based in Paris, a city he fell in love with more than twenty years ago. Author of the very first Comme des Garçons perfume in 1994, and having created for Givenchy, Cartier, Paco Rabanne and Le Labo, Buxton is known for his motto: 'Simplicity is the ultimate degree of luxury.' His style, made of short, concentrated formulas where every note has a reason to be there, resonates directly with Elmar Métry's high standards. The bottles themselves are cut from hand-polished crystal and topped with gold-plated caps adorned with more than 360 crystals.
