The fragrance

A perfume that captures a rare elegance, that of soft light falling on freshly washed linen. A niche perfume that speaks of purity, refinement and childhood memories, like a scented Proustian madeleine where the freshness of the past meets contemporary sophistication.

Created by Dominique Ropion, one of the most acclaimed perfumers of his generation, Gris Solaire reveals a composition of remarkable precision, built around a feeling of absolute cleanliness and natural elegance.

From the first notes, the perfume unveils a fresh, sophisticated radiance: blackcurrant brings a fruity liveliness, lifted by sparkling ginger, while almond wraps the composition in a delicate, velvety softness.

At the heart, iris reveals its powdery, timeless elegance, joined by the floral richness of tuberose. Tonka bean adds a warm, slightly gourmand dimension, creating a subtle contrast between luminous purity and cocooning sensuality.

In the base, white musk extends this impression of precious linen, paired with woody vetiver and modern patchouli for elegant longevity and a deeply refined signature.

The brand

Ever since childhood, frequent stays in hospital trained my sense of smell to a whole range of contrasting odours: the clinical harshness of antiseptics set against the comforting warmth of familiar scents, the soft leather of my parents' jackets, the discreet trail of their eau de toilette on my feverish skin.

Each scent spoke of a presence, of comfort, a scented caress against anxiety. Those years of hardship forged in me a resilience that first found expression through urban art: the liberating gesture of graffiti, the honest rhythms of hip-hop, the bold codes of streetwear.

Then, two years ago, a tumour diagnosis made one thing clear: I had to turn this sensory heritage into a heartfelt creation.
