Aziri Paris is a French perfume house founded in 2024, born from a close connection to Italy and its sensory culture. Trained by perfumers, the founder developed an approach focused on the olfactory transposition of references from gastronomy. It is not about literally reproducing a gourmet treat, but about recreating a complete sensation, with its texture, freshness, and evolution. The first creation, Granita, is based on the Sicilian dessert of the same name. The composition conveys immediate freshness, crisp fruity notes, and a progressive evolution on the skin, conceived as a change in texture. Fragola extends this direction by working with red berries, combined with drier, more structured notes like speculoos and meringue, followed by a woody and amber base. Aziri thus builds its perfumes from identifiable taste experiences, translated into legible compositions, with an emphasis on contrasts and evolution.
