Ambra Primordia is an amber, leathery extrait de parfum, dense and carnal, inspired by the great classic formulas. Bergamot, lemon and sweet orange open the composition before a heart of iris, patchouli, rose and jasmine. In the base, Bourbon vanilla, leather, sandalwood, labdanum, tonka, benzoin and musk create a deep, warm and cocooning sillage.

The fragrance

Ambra Primordia revisits the amber accord in a dense, powdery and deeply carnal interpretation. The fragrance opens on a burst of citrus: bergamot, lemon and sweet orange. It then reveals a noble heart of iris pallida butter, Indonesian patchouli, rose, jasmine and ambreine.

In the base, the composition gains depth with Bourbon vanilla, leather, sandalwood, labdanum, opoponax, tonka, benzoin and musk, joined by animalic notes. Together they form a rich, warm and comforting sillage, true to the spirit of the great amber compositions of the past.

Created by perfumer Jean-Bernard Albani, Ambra Primordia is a handcrafted extrait de parfum at maximum concentration, particularly suited to the cooler seasons and to evenings.
