Saint Petal, the new Extrait Extrême from Born To Stand Out, draws inspiration from an image: a perfect violet, almost too pretty, crushed under a heel. Perfumer Jordi Fernández crafts a dark floral fragrance that never plays it safe, where the delicacy of the petals gives way to something more raw.

Orange blossom and bergamot open with a luminous clarity, quickly clouded by the warmth of cumin and a dusty accord. At the heart, violet leaf brings a damp, slightly bitter freshness, while sambac jasmine, coffee, incense, and akigalawood darken the composition.

In the base, amyris, vetiver, rockrose, oud, and leather lend weight to the scent trail. True to the “Extrait Extrême” designation, the concentration ranges from 55 to 62%, and the fragrance is aged for three months in onggi jars to achieve an intense presence and remarkable longevity.
