The Fragrance

Sabbia Bianca plays on a solar sensation, a blend of salt, sweetness and warm skin. From the very first spritz, one feels an immediate, slightly salty warmth, mingled with an almost milky sweetness. The effect is enveloping yet luminous, like skin warmed by the sun after a dip in the sea. Then, the fragrance becomes creamier and more rounded. The notes take on a soft, almost gourmand texture, while retaining that salty and airy impression. Over time, Sabbia Bianca melts into a musky, warm, very "skin-like" base, with a lingering softness. The signature is solar, soft and addictive, with a very natural feel.

The brand

Profumum Roma is an Italian perfume house founded in Rome in 1996 by four siblings: Giuseppe, Luciano, Maria, and Felice Durante. Their story began long before, in a village in Molise, where their grandfather Celestino returned from the war with little to his name. The village peddlers became the most important perfumers in the Eternal City. When the perfume market shifted towards globalization and standardization, the four siblings no longer recognized themselves in it. They felt manipulated, no longer free in their own work. In 1996, they created Profumum Roma. A direct response to uniformity: fragrances formulated with approximately 43% concentration, built around 8 to 10 essential raw materials, one of which has clear predominance, so that each fragrance expresses an emotion rather than a generic accord. Perfumes that evolve on the skin for hours, leaving their mark as much as they accompany you. What one wears with a Profumum Roma is a fragment of this journey: from the mountain village to the streets of Rome. An artisanal house, in the most natural sense of the word.
