Three letters on a boarding pass, a city at the end of the flight: Escale Parfum names each of its fragrances after the code of the airport that inspired it. ARN for Stockholm, MCT for Muscat, PPT for Papeete: the house’s three destinations are available at Sayhar, rue de Marignan, Paris 8th, or online.
The Escale house
Escale Parfum is an independent niche perfume house founded in Paris in 2026. Its starting point fits in one sentence: every fragrance is a stopover. It borrows its precision from civil aviation and its poetry from travel. Departures, connections, boarding lounges, that suspended moment between two places when you are no longer here but not yet there. Each creation carries the IATA code of its destination airport, three letters, the way travellers know their cities, and is built around a single scent memory: an iconic taste, a sacred resin, the air of an island. For its first flight, ES-001, the house chose three deliberately unexpected destinations on three continents: Northern Europe, the Arabian Peninsula and Polynesia. The 100 ml bottle, made in France, travels in a case designed like a plane ticket.
Escale fragrances available at Sayhar
ARN Stockholm: somewhere far away yet familiar, the Swedish afternoon fika of cinnamon, milk and butter, brightened with orange juice.
MCT Muscat: the purity of Omani frankincense, the sacred resin lifted with pink pepper and bergamot.
PPT Papeete: the sunny softness of Tahiti, vanilla tahitensis, tiaré flower and coconut.
Which Escale fragrance should you choose?
For a bright, resinous freshness: MCT Muscat. For a sunny vanilla floral: PPT Papeete. For a spicy, comforting gourmand: ARN Stockholm. All three Escale creations are unisex and come in 100 ml.
