The brand

Librery has built its identity on an idea as poetic as it is singular: making perfume a form of literature. Conceived by its founder Bey Rafik, a great fragrance collector, the house presents itself as an olfactory library in which each bottle is a rare volume, carefully bound and made to stand the test of time. On the skin, the perfume is read, reread, and leaves behind the trace of a story.

This high standard translates into a bold choice: all Librery fragrances are extraits, at 25% concentration. A rare choice, even in niche perfumery, that guarantees long-lasting wear and a generous trail. Raw materials are chosen one by one and worked with processes that preserve their purity, such as supercritical CO₂ extraction or the Smell the Taste ingredients developed by dsm-firmenich. The house now brings together two collections and three perfumers: Chris Maurice, master perfumer who has composed for Xerjoff, Nishane and Masque Milano; Nathalie Feisthauer, trained at Roure in Grasse and winner of the 2019 FiFi Award; and Coralie Spicher, the pen behind the Skin Obsession collection.
