Where others marvelled at the power of a storm, the founder remembered its smell, that electrifying mix of charged air and damp earth. He did not want to let those moments evaporate. That is where the idea of Phenom came from: to capture in a bottle the essence of the storms, tides, dawns and fires that mark our lives. Each perfume in the collection translates a natural phenomenon into an olfactory emotion. To compose these sensory pictures, Phenom brought in two noses with complementary paths. Chris Maurice, from one of the most prestigious families in Spanish perfumery, created five of the six fragrances. Nathalie Feisthauer, who went on to work for Hermès and Cartier before founding her own atelier in Montmartre, composed the last one in the range.
