{"title":"Jousset","description":"Jousset Parfums ist ein französisches Nischenparfümhaus, das 2020 von Jimmy Bodin und seiner Partnerin Melis von ihrer Wohnung in der Schweiz aus gegründet wurde. Sie stellten kleine handwerkliche Serien her, die sie zunächst mit engen Freunden teilten. Der Markenname stammt von Jimmys verstorbener Mutter, die ihm ihre Liebe zu schönen Parfüms vermittelte und dessen Leidenschaft er als Erbe weiterträgt. Sein Vater lehrte ihn etwas anderes: dass alles mit den eigenen Händen aufgebaut wird. Diese beiden Erbschaften bilden den Kern dessen, was Jousset herstellt. Jimmy Bodin ist Autodidakt. Keine akademische Ausbildung, keine Station in einem klassischen Haus. Seine Methode ist die des Instinkts, der Präzision durch wiederholte Versuche und einer völligen Ehrlichkeit gegenüber dem, was er liebt. Was er liebt, sind Parfüms, die man fast wie etwas zu Schmecken wahrnimmt. Er nannte seine Signatur Ultra-Gourmand™, eine Kategorie, die er erfunden hat und die ihm vollständig gehört. Wo der klassische Gourmand oft im Bereich des Allerwelts-Süßen bleibt, ist der Ultra-Gourmand von Jousset wie ein Oud-Parfüm aufgebaut: Schicht für Schicht, Material auf Material, Süße ausgeglichen durch Tiefe. Accident à la Vanille, La Tarte Tatin, Gourmand Bakhoor, Ciao Bello Pistachio: Jede Kreation rekonstruiert eine präzise, fast essbare Erinnerung, mit einer Konzentration weit über den Marktstandards. Seit 2023 findet die Produktion wieder in Frankreich statt, in einer unabhängigen Werkstatt in La Mézière, Bretagne, Jimmys Geburtsstadt.
